If your company is on Glassdoor—and it is—consider taking advantage of the “Why Work With Us” page Glassdoor provides companies.
Some tips gleaned from the Glassdoor blog itself:
You can create and name custom tabs to provide information specific to your company culture and branding
When describing your company, remember that the Glassdoor audience is specifically potential hires, and hone your focus to be about why someone would want to come work for you
Emphasize any diversity and inclusion initiatives your company has
If there are roles you usually have a hard time filling, consider creating a tab specifically for those roles
For many of the companies we work with at The Source and Recruit Company, it’s tempting to let digital outreach efforts end on LinkedIn, but it’s not the only relevant hiring site out there.
Whether or not you want to be on Glassdoor, you are. Might as well take advantage of it!
